Truth
Every meaningful claim is verifiable evidence — uploaded reports, decoded VINs, automated checks — or honestly labelled as self-declared. Marketing puffery gets cut.
Native
Built for electric and electrified cars from the database schema upward. Battery health, charging speed, heat pump, V2L, connector type — not 'fuel type: electric' as a checkbox.
Smart
We respect that you're an intelligent adult. We don't dumb things down, but we don't hide behind jargon either. Technical when it matters, out of the way when it doesn't.

Real numbers. No fairy tales.
Below is the shape of every listing on Electreec. If a number isn't verifiable, it's labelled as such. If we don't know something, we say "unknown" — we never fake confidence we haven't earned.

Information asymmetry
Sellers know things buyers don't, and incumbents are fine with that. We're not. Every car shows its receipts — or shows that it doesn't have them.
Greenwashing
We don't pretend every EV is virtuous. Some are great, some mediocre, some bad buys. We say which is which.
Generic templates
A used EV is not a used petrol car with a different fuel type. Treating them the same is the original sin of every existing marketplace.
